About the Warwick Foundation

The Warwick Foundation is Australia’s first and only organisation focused on supporting young adults aged 18 – 40 with cancer. The reality is young adults are the fastest growing demographic worldwide.

In fact, cancer is the leading disease killer of young adults. While there are hundreds of cancer-related organisations in existence today, there are very few that are strictly focused on meeting the unique needs and issues faced by young adults on their cancer journey. The Warwick Foundation programs are based on the concept of well being and are about the whole person; not just the treatment of cancer. Their work is underpinned by a social model of health where they believe in not just the absence of cancer but a return to wellness for young adults that takes into account their physical, social and mental well being.

We are proud to have The Warwick Foundation on board for the Ice Blitz this season!
